Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens and schedules change. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit. Grace Period: Clients are allowed up to a 10 minute grace period. Failure to arrive to your appointment on time will result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation of your appointment.
